The club calendar has been updated to reflect HRC hunt tests scheduled through April 2014.  There are two coming up very quickly – Midlands HRC Hunt Test on October 19-20, 2013 and SOWEGA on October 26-27, 2013.

On December 7-8 2013  at Wayne Gey’s Golden Oaks Ranch in Montverde, FL   (Central Florida)   The Central Florida Hunting Retriever Club will be hosting our HRC Hunt Test.   AND the Mid Florida Golden Retriever Club will be hosting their AKC Hunt Test.

Yes you can enter BOTH tests on the same days.    So you can run Started and Junior,   Seasoned and Senior,   Master and Finished!     There will be 2 Finished Flights on each day (Saturday and Sunday)

Dog Fun and Games including Puppy Stake
On Saturday December 7, after 4pm, ‘dog fun and games’ will be held at the horseshoe pond adjacent to the Golden Oaks Ranch house. Games will include, but may not be limited to bumper toss, speed dog, pick the marked bumper from a pile, and puppy stake. Entries will be $5 per dog per run (dogs may run more than once) and will be taken at the event.

The Tail gate party and Raffle  will be in the garage by the house following the completion of the tests on Saturday night.
