UPDATE March 15, 2020

In the last 24 hours there have been 39 new cases of COVID-19 diagnosed in Florida with many test results pending. There have also been cases diagnosed in the county and surrounding counties of our scheduled event.  We reviewed CDC and Florida Dept of Health current guidelines regarding events precautions as well as considered safety and availability of judges, participants, club volunteers, Boy Scout birdboys and had discussions with the landowners.  We are making the difficult decision to cancel the Northeast Florida HRC Hunt Test scheduled March 28/29 in Hilliard, Florida. The Club understands the inconvenience this may cause and has reached out to Entry Express to facilitate refunds of entrants fees. The online entry closes Monday March 16^th at midnight and if you have entered please cancel your entry through entry express. The notice of test cancellation may not appear online until Monday when Entry Express opens.

We appreciate all of our volunteers, judges, scouts, and especially the owners of SSJ Quail Preserve during this situation and look forward to our next event.
